YOGA AT JENNINGS BEACH
Monday, Tuesday and Weds at 10am in person only at Jennings Beach. Sign up for this class only is through Fairfield Parks and Recreation. Weather may change location or extend program - please text me if you are a drop in client for location information.
The weather is tricky in the spring so please dress in layers.
Drop in: $25 per person cash or venmo @Maggie-Taylor-23. Pay at class. Beach drop is shifts to $30 in June.

REIKI YOGA ON FRIDAYS
This is a very special semi-private energy healing yoga class that I have created hosted in the sacred healing space of Elevation. You will be guided through a gentle spiritually and energy based yoga flow while channelled guided healing, visualization, breathwork and hands on and off adjustments, instruction and reiki.
Fridays 10am - 11:11am
This is an in person class at Elevation or join us live virtually on zoom. However you choose to sign up, the recording of this class and past classes will be available to you.

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOGA
Let your child shine with the self confidence, strength and calming tools of yoga, meditation and breathwork. This is a lighthearted class with invaluable self awareness, confidence and relaxation skills woven through.
Class begins Monday May 6th. Space is limited to 10 participants.
Elevation 14 Sanford Street (above Element 50)
Mondays 4:15-5:15pm
Bring a yoga mat, water and dress comfortably.

Private Yoga Sessions are available with me at Elevation.
Elevation is beautifully equipped with all of the necessary yoga props, healing energy and the sacred healing frequency of crystals.

Power Yoga at Elevation
Yoga is a practice of connection - body, mind, emotions and spirit. This is a strong, fast paced yoga class where we push the body and build new levels of strength, flexibility and endurance - carrying that over to all of the other parts of the self. Savasana will include sound healing. Wednesday mornings at 8am.
This is a semi-private power class with lots of one on one instruction, direction and guidance.
6 max participants. This is a 6 week session beginning on Weds May 8th. If there is more interest I will add more classes and days.

Drop in fees now vary by location.
Beach Yoga drop in fee is now $25 and will shift to $30 in June. Drop in pay at class, cash or Venmo @maggieatelevation
No yoga experience is necessary for any of my classes, however if you are beginner or healing from any injury I strongly suggest that you begin with Gentle Yoga.
There is never pressure to perform in any way, all yoga I offer is non competitive, non judgmental and 100% focused on self care. Always follow your body’s guidance and do what is recommended by your doctor.
Please dress in layers, bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water. If you like any yoga props at the beach, like a block or strap, please bring. Elevation has props available for you to use.
If you are signed up for any session and you miss a class, you are welcome to make up at any other class during the SAME SESSION at the SAME LOCATION.
