With over 10,000 hours teaching experience I share a wealth of yogic knowledge and offer group and private yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. My unique teaching stye leads intention, integrating philosophy, spirituality, poses, breathwork and energetic tools to calm and regulate the central nervous system (along with all of the other systems within the body, mind emotions and spirit)

One of my greatest passions is sharing private therapeutic reiki energy healing sessions and soul guided intuitive sessions.. As an empath and spiritual intuitive, reiki master teacher, mentor and channel, my goal is to empower my clients to awaken their own inner wisdom, self healing abilitaes and magic.
